Mayors Transport ("we," "us") collects the information you submit through our instant estimate and contact forms — including your name, email, phone number, and trip details — in order to calculate estimates, respond to inquiries, and fulfill bookings.
Information we collect
Contact details you provide directly (name, email, phone), trip details (pickup and destination addresses, dates, passenger count), and technical information such as IP address for security and spam prevention (via Cloudflare Turnstile).
How we use it
To calculate and follow up on quote requests, to communicate about bookings, and to maintain the security of this site. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Third-party services
Route calculation uses the Google Routes API; address entry uses Google Places Autocomplete; email confirmations are sent via Resend; spam protection uses Cloudflare Turnstile. Each is subject to its own provider's privacy practices.
